This is a machine purposely designed to filter waste vegetable oil for semi-professionals.It features 4 large canisters, as shown in the image on the left, which give a combined filter area of about 0.750 meters squared. Much of the contamination is wax, which is removed very effectively at flow rates of between 1000 and 5 litres per hour, depending on how clogged up the cartridges are. When the cartridges are completely full the wax can be scraped off and the cartridges replaced to continue filtration.
