This downloadable spreadsheet will satisfy the UK, HMRC requirement for record keeping and will calculate the capacity available to you within the 2500 litre duty free allowance, based on a rolling year. In the "Quantity made available as road fuel" column, you should enter the volume of fuel you put in your road going vehicle, either SVO, WVO or Biodiesel, not the oil you collect.
