I've been trying one of these for a hot pan test, now I've been banned from the kitchen.


It works quite well, but despite the advert saying that it was controllable down to 100°C, it goes way over temperature.
I could rig up a temperature controller or even a PID, but that rather seen overkill!
Can anyone with a better understanding of electronics than me suggest any modifications to get it to run at a lower temperature.
