My only comment would be about the bends before and after the pump, there's 3 too many.

I could move the pump to the right and eliminate 2. think i will try then see if venturi draws in more than 3lts per min, I would assume that it will give me a guide.

I always use 28mm from the tank to the pump then 22mm after, never starve the pump.

yes, well spotted. handle broke on the one i had off the old one.
Have now fitted the pump for condeneser and heat ex. will post pics over the next few days.
Am waiting for pid to arrive and will then start the electrics.

im not sure but think central heating pumps arnt self priming, so maybe abit hit and miss till you get water fully round, due to height location

My water tank (oil drum)  is outside on a stand, the bottom is above the pump.
I've had it running to test for leaks.
