Have put 30lts of the bio in the van off the top of settling tank and will leave the other 30 to settle over the next 10 days whilst I'm away.

Have now used the bio and have had no problems.  the bottom of the settling tank had white crystal on the sides, so i drained off the last 10 lts and filtered through j cloth and left aside.
Am making a new batch this weekend and was thinking of adding to the wvo and re processing, should i do this or introduce at a later stage???

You can add bio to the wvo at the beginning and continue as normal.
