Well I've fixed the recent posts "unknown action".

The notification of account deletion though - having some trouble with this. The nearest mention I see is this:

However, we already have the changes indicated in that thread to make it work.

Just to add to the problem, last night when I was undeleting an account, I noticed another account waiting approval. It hadn't been there long, just a day or so, but I didn't, and I assume others didn't get notification of that either.

Don't worry if it's going to take a lot of time to fix, we overworked admin can check manually just so long as we know.

No I didn't receive any notification about that either.

We shouldn't need to approve registrations, that's done by the system via the verification e-mail that gets sent out. Though occasionally I guess that e-mail might not get through.

At the moment we only get a new member notification e-mail when a member has successfully gone through the registration and e-mail verification process.
