Hey all,

I have decided to join the fun on here and look forward to learning more on blending and additives etc.

I live in a cave in Norfolk England.

Drive a tdi shed on Kentucky fried veg oil and have done at a 50/50 blend with derv all year round for 60k miles.

Time had come for a new petrol inclusive blend. results will be posted.

Hello chap, I understand petrol to be equivalent (as far as reducing viscosity) as considerably more diesel.

Do you have a FPHE fitted? In which case there will be an upper percentage limit before you get vapour lock.

Welcome to the forum and wiki ... any interesting info you have on blending will be welcomed on the wiki, it's an area which could do with expanding.

Have you seen Prometheus?
Just got it on DVD, for £6, so I guess its not the best film of the year.

I was hoping it would be, I've been waiting to see it since they announced it was being made. Just some of the reviews made it sound not so good.

Got four tins of beer, donated to me, to drink while I watch it.

I'm a diehard alien fan (the original is my favourite movie of all time) so saw Promethius in IMAX 3D when it was released. What a disappointing pile of poo! Enjoy the beer at least...
