Twyn tub page
« on: December 17, 2010, 06:30:38 PM »
I've just put up a "State diagram " on the Twyn tub page.  Would someone or preferably two mind checking it VERY carefully please?

I'm sure this may have been asked before, but can we embed Google videos?  I suspect not, as I've tried numerous ways, but I'd just like to check.

Thanks Tony,  I'll check it out.

Did the "Yes, absolutely yes!" apply to checking the table or to the fact that we can embed Google video?  ... I'm a little confused!

The google video - though if you show me the source table I'd be happy to verify that too!

There wasn't one, I used Paddy's video here ... http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6472690040468557750#  and made some up ie drying the oil.  Also missed out acid wash section as I didn't think any one did that any more, certainly not heard mention of it, only on the US site I think.

I was hoping the table would make sense on it's own, but perhaps it would be best to leave checking until I've completed the setp by step text.

Notes at the side are not final, more memory joggers for me.

Ok, Twyn Tank page is finished (ish) if someone wouldn't mind checking it please.  The video from which I gleaned most of the info for the table is now embedded at the top of the page.

Keith, as you water wash, do you have or would you mind taking, a photo of soap laden wash water?  It, along with any other photos people might think pertinent, may pep up what's become a text heavy bottom section.

Yes, but without the biodiesel.  Just what comes out of the drain when you first start washing.  You can see the sort of thing I mean in Paddy's video towards the end.

Excellent Julian,

just a few points.

1.
I think it actually needs to say 'arse about face' before the first acronym in the basic design section

2.
Step 10, does instead of dose

3.
Step 14, lose instead of loose

Thanks Chug, all done.

Was the process OK?

In the video, Paddy mentions acid wash before the water wash, but I left that stage out.
