ok what do i do? it says put .apk files on to phone but do i install the SDK to phone?  or run the sdk from laptop?

as it says i need to use the command prompt which i know on a laptop, but is there a command prompt on a phone?

the sdk on latop asked for JAVA which is installed now and it found.
