I think the old machine was a little overloaded and low on memory, this new machine is much happier

The database tables were corrupted this morning and couldn't self-repair.  I've fixed some permissions problems with the database caused by the move (basically, copied the database files while preserving user IDs and group IDs, which are different on the new system so it got mapped to the wrong users - sigh).

Still need to fix the wiki

not sure whats going on tony but most of last night couldnt get on, and now sometimes a link i click will load very fast then the other 50% of the time it takes ages, all this is intermittantly seen.
