Its an auction of power tools etc, used
I think the "commission bid" depends on the auction, some are fair, this one always goes for your highest amount as you said

maybe worth buying just for the 2x pumps / meters and nozzle hose guns, weight the rest in scrap  8)

good luck trying to weigh those in. bet they refuse to take them unless you cut them up and clean them first.
