Hello!
« on: September 06, 2012, 08:45:17 PM »
Just a quick hello. I've signed up for this forum as I've enjoyed being on VOD as Bioadam. Probably confusing using two different usernames, but I've got bored of my VOD one. Anyway I'll be loitering around here from now on too!   :)

Welcome, you'll be fine if you don't mention Jeeps and ease up on the smilies!

K.H. - Yeah, that was me, nice to have met you guys. I think I'll be investing in a new sat nav for next year!

Keith - I think I got about £160 in the end, sold the burco for £115 to an angler. Sold the train signs at a car boot for £15 but missed a trick on them as the guy who bought them was a dealer and told me after they would sell for about £70!! Thanks very much for the heads up on that one!

You probably wont need one for VA4. I'm looking at changing the format for next year where mileage is immaterial....maximum points win. It should freshen up the event. Looking at Hereford and Worscestershire for the target area

The backroads of Herefordshire should make for a good nav-scatter style event. Like a blinking rabbit warren, with barely a signpost in sight in some places. Plenty of distinctive land marks though.
