Can't believe it, 10 second burst of the welder on max power just to test my new gas regulator and the next day part of my arm is raw! Just ten seconds...

Wimp! ... rub a bit of axel grease on it and you'll be fine.

Axle grease is for girls - I've rubbed some two-year vintage WVO into it, and now I've grown an extra arm!
