Seat obd code reader
« on: March 31, 2021, 11:00:28 PM »
One of our lads has bought a seat (leon I think) and has asked me about faults, so we need to get a code reader to save guessing, I assume it comes under VW?
Can anyone advise, or recommend what reader/software we need please?

Hello mate,

From my limited knowledge of VAG cars, any OBD2 diagnostics will read engine faults, I have a cheap bluetooth one that I connect to my phone that does it. But if you want full diagnostics, then someone with Ross-Tech VCDS https://www.ross-tech.com/

Cheers guys that gives me something to go on, but would rather wired than wifi, don't want to loose signal halfway through a service procedure  :o
