I've found some 15mm copper pipe, and I'll even bring my own pipe cutter.

That's the ones, and looking at the HE I think it is 3/5 thread.

What are they called ? as if we can't sort it at the BBB I'll order some.

i bought a whole bag from toolstation - i assume i couldnt find them elsewhere, or that it worked out just as expensive (with postage etc) but it was some time ago now, so i cant be sure.

you need 4-off, i assume?

They are just angled tap connectors. You can get straight ones as well
You can also get 22mm ones to 3/4" thread as well as 15mm to 1/2" thread

Of course, tap connectors, why didn't I think of that.

The HE looks to have two 3/4 threads and two 1/2 ".

I am prett sure i have a FPHE that has 2 x 15mm compression to 1/2" bsp and 2 x 22mm compression to 3/4" bsp tap connectors screwed on that i dont need (connectors not fphe). I will look in the morning and, providing i find it, they are yours if you want them.

Found them already.
Here you go.....

I will even throw in four new fibre washers as per the photo as well.
Being they are from me, they have the obligatory coating of oil of course!

I used the on my original pool setup. 15mm are straight, 22mm are elbows. They have cut off bits of john guest plastic pipe in them

Julian, could you bring that 10" filter you said I could have.

See, you're still needed.

Now I'm sure I had something for you, I just can't remember what it was.

Yes, it's been on the bench and getting in the way for ages.

I think I also said I'd give you some polypropylene sacks for rough filtering, so I'll grab a couple of them too.

Anything else you need ... milling machine, lathe, wife?

Good job you didn't need that Disco tank sender.  My fuel gauge went breasts up yesterday and I've just fitted the spare ... ended up taking an angle grinder to the pipe connections on mine as they were absolutely solid.  On the plus side with the carpets up (first time with this Disco) the rear floor is almost rust free ... couldn't believe it!
