chlorine solution

i need to make a solution of 1.5ppm chlorine.

i have chlorine granules.

the dose rate of the granules is 2g of granules gives 1ppm in 1000L

there fore to achieve 1.5ppm in 1000L would be 3g.

ergo 1.5ppm in 100L would be 0.3g

ergo 1.5ppm in 10L would be 0.03g

1) is this correct?
2) how the hell am i going to measure that?
