Hi all
Did a rebuild guide after doing my kubota injectors. Same procedure should apply to Merc injectors etc.

You can lap the sealing sections in with 800 grit wet and dry if you find they are leaking, left that bit out!

Good write up, Alex.
I've lapped faces on plate glass using Tcut.
Gives a very fine surface, but you can obviously use other compounds.

Its quite satisfying having them all clean, ready to go in.
No leaks yet but the stupid injector pump hasmt arrived so I cant confirm if they work properly or not!
