One of your vehicles is a LandRover and the other runs on that light petroleum distillate normally reserved for lawn mowers, chainsaws and concrete mixers.
I'm surprised Ged talks to you let alone helps you  :)

Pluck up the courage to sort the transfer box, it's not too bad a job really. You must have been giving it some serious beans off road to do that much damage, even Mark the womble hasn't managed to do that yet

I actually wasnt at the time it went, but had been giving it plenty earlier on in the weekend recovering people in standard vehicles driving into stuff that would have been ambitious in a challenge truck. The joys of marshalling, breaking my own stuff to save someone elses!

What happened to the Audi Jules ?

I've managed to brake it yes, well, it managed that on it's own.
So far it's not broken due to my muddy adventures, but I'll keep working on it, actually that's the wrong phrase, I'll keep trying to brake it.
You end up working on them even if you don't drive it.

Yeah I can swing spanners and weld better than I can drive. I have calmed down in recent years though, the loss of 4 vertibrea through my stupidity sticks in the memory a bit. Still have my moments though, like anyone.

Only just got the landy relatively speaking. Always been a lada niva kind of guy! However my mrs wasnt so keen on the idea of ratchet strapping the kids to the roll cage in the back of it for some reason, so had to get something with seats in!

I'd have sat the kids in front and strapped the mrs to the roll cage paying special attention to the gob area.

I must read posts properly in the future.

I did think it was unlike you to have one of those cars in the family.
