That's pretty clever. Bet they aren't cheap.
If there is as many about as they say, there should be a fair chance of finding a used one. Attached to some piece of junk medical equipment or something.

What a brilliant design ... I the simplicity.

It's a bit like the 2 stroke equivalent of a piston pump.
