Before taking up Arash,s offer Phil decided to try registering again, i deleted his account and he re registered, whatever user name / password he tries it comes up "e mail in use by another user"
I have gone into the members area and done a search for his email address and nothing???

why don't you set up a new member account using his details see ifn it works, if it does then send him the login and password and see if he can login then.

or give him your login/password and see if he can get in to your account, if not he has a problem on his machine...Cookies? Cached page?

I've just tried registering manually using my email and get the same message.  Even if Phil's account has been deleted it may be possible that his email is still lodged in a data base somewhere.

It lets some one see and manipulate his desktop but only when he gives them the password, which changes after every session. If he has trust issues then its not for him. I use it when my customers can't log on to their cctv systems, I go in and sort it out for them.
