In sealed containers, ful to the top and kept cool and dark is your best bet without resorting to blanketing with inert gasses

To be honest though, I store mine in a vented plastic central heating oil tank. I pump fuel in when I make it and out when I use it. The dwell time for some fuel must be many months but I dont have any problems with oxidation.

That's good to hear, I'm Z processing my way through some really ghastly sludge for summer use.
Got around 200+ litres of bio ready and waiting for the nicer weather,  turns out that's a lot of miles in a Vauxhall Astra considering I still think of fuel consumption in terms of my old Transit :P

In all the time ive been reading people's posts on the forums, ive never, even one single time, heard of anyone having an issue with oxidation once theyve made the fuel.

There are cases where people overcook it on the drying phase, but once its cooled, to my memory, nothing.

I agree with Julianf....there has been the odd case of oxidation due to excessive exposure to heat and air during the drying phase of making fuel.....but not to my knowledge because of storage considerations

You'll never live to see the day he agrees with me though.

On things too numerous to even conceive, our opinions are aligned.
On occasion they are not.

I'm surprised that's even noteworthy! : )

The one thing you'll never see Jules is Julianf agreeing with anything I say....not until he grows a pair anyway. I think he's made a solemn vow never to respond to any post I make. Ah well!! ;D
