That hydrometer is for Methanol Nige.

For biodiesel you need a hydrometer with a 0.85 - 0.9 range.

Surely the viscosity of your bio is more important.

basically the diesel range SG

also these need to be used in a controlled environment at the set temp for the hydrometer say 15/16c else will be inaccurate.

when I was doing miss fuel (petrol/diesel) mixes I couldn't get 1 hydrometer with both scales on meaning the scale range wouldn't fit into a hydrometer, so had to adapt the diesel one setting my own marks for controlled amounts in test samples, I did contact a company who would of made a one off hydrometer for me but to a very expensive cost.

I still have my hydrometer if you want a sample testing in anyways (diesel range)

So it is Jim. I thought that was what he was after. Just re-read the opening post and it does appear a bio one is what he's looking for. Sorry.

Now come on,  be honest how many of you knew what a castrato was before googling it?

And yes I'd like to see Nige in full song as well.

Imagine Pavarotti with a voice like a pre pubescent boy and you're getting very close.
