Fatty Acids

There is a link for a page about fatty acids on the HMPE page and we can also build from there on how composition of fatty acids and how different percentages of some can mean better or worse cold weather performance and oxidisation during storage.
These are some of the better webpages I've book marked

I like this quote from the Lipid handbook best
"It is desirable to avoid too high a content of
saturated esters that may solidify at ambient temperature
and high levels of polyunsaturated esters, especially those
with more than two double bonds, which lead to undesirable
oxidation and may cause problems during storage of
the fuel or at the moment of use."
