I use a squirrel and find I can overload the condenser, a quad pd, however bubbling the vapour through the recovered meth gets the rest of the meth vapour to liquid. I have a bubble ring in the processor that I use for the last hour of demeth with the heater off to get the last meth out and help drop the temp of the bio before decanting to the settling tank.
Not as fast as Jim's demeth, I am sure, but I often get 6l an hour at max.

It's not difficult to overload  a quad with a Squirrel,   a SHHE helps but doesn't solve the problem totally so I just throttle back the venturi.

As far as speed goes I demeth bio only in 45mins and WBD (not that I do it nowadays) in 75mins.
