15mm central heating pipe?
Just put the tape across a piece of white, I pressume grey is the same, I'm pretty sure they take the same inserts for a compression fitting anyway.
I haven't got a vernier, but the tape says 11mm. Possibly 10.9mm.

I dunno would I use a pushfit for that. I'd be more inclined to get a compression fitting T and  insert for the plastic. Then use a piece of copper coming out the T, and a copper reducer down to the required size. Much less chance of it leaking. I don't much like push fits.

So you need to split a 15mm central heating pipe?
I'd be using on of these.

Thats a crazy price though. You need an insert to put in the end of the plastic pipe for the olive to grip on. Then just get a 15 to whatever you need reducer, to go in the cross pieces of the T. At least it is easily serviceable.
