Julian, what flavour (flavor for our American friend) is Internalional, sweat, sour, salt, bitter or umami?

It's got to be leaning towards umami ... a sort of mid Alantic Marmite twang ... what do you think shorty?

Umami means mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm deeeeeeeelllllliiiiiicccccccciiiiiiiiiious not sodin' manky marmite.
