Perhaps we ought to advise that admin may, at a time of their choosing, lock user names.

So ensure you're happy with the name you use at any point in time!

That aside, a forum imposed name for RM would make things far less confusing.

Its possible to change user-names on VOD--But a mod has to do it, as far as I know....

quite an interesting piont, how much value does one put on seeing the name next to a reply or post, does it have an impact on how we interpret whats said, you could have a newbie with 10 times the knowledge of any one person here jion up, would the info be taken on board as much as a known name, well thats where this site stands aside from others we keep an open mind... i change name not identities, theres plenty more email addys out there, live long and prosper dudes...
