Given the choice between one of those, and the whole street of houses you could buy with the same bank balance... (!)

I was wondering what the parts were for.  Something expensive too!


That aside, my own machines are (on a good day) still fascinating - that one crosses from fascination to amazement - esp. when the head tracks the corner radius of the square tube whilst it rotates!

I can do that wiv me plasma cutter, not quite as quick though.

BTW I've seen one of them there machines before, very impressive.

The firm I get my sheet steel from has one like that, well one generation back but just as impressive to watch.

You should have a look at pipe manipulation boys in the boat building industry and see what they can do without all the fancy poota stuff.

saw one of those at a technology fair in germany about 5 years ago. was suitably impressed.
