There shouldn't be any liquid in the vapour circuit at the Tee off for the glycerol vent, it should have all come out in the condenser. Anyhow  there's no flow through the glycerol container because its sealed and the drain valve is closed.  The flow will only go to the venturi.  Even if it were open it still won't take that route due to the circulating effect of the venturi see this diagram by GL

what temp is the oil/process at to give off vapour to go to condensor?

is it methoxide going in distillate?

You can remove water from the oil, usually between 60 and 90°C and once converted remove the methanol from the bio or bio and glycerol if WBD between 40 and 75°C.  Temps can vary depending on how much you want to get out.

The best basic knowledge can be had from GLs website at http://www.graham-laming.com/bd/ecosystem/state_diagram_new.htm  This is where I copied the diagram from, he explains the process far better than I can.
