« on: August 11, 2022, 11:23:20 AM »
Has anyone else experienced problems looking at the Wiki as when I try I get the following error:

 SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Using Firefox on Windows 10.

Intresting, on further inspection I noticed:

Web sites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for www.biopowered.co.uk. The certificate is only valid for biopowered.co.uk.
Indeed if I remove the www. from the front of the address it does work!  THe links on the top of this page however include the www.

I get a warning that the site is insecure & I shouldn't use it, but it works. Sometimes I'm security warning locked out.

Upgraded to Firefox 103.0.2 makes no difference.

Tried M$ Edge - this shows up biopwered as "Not Secure" also it removes the www. when accessing a page so will allow direct access to the Wiki

I always get the 'Site not secure' warning when I log in.

I was looking own the wiki list and don't see any reference to acid processing. Is there one ?

I thought there was an article, but I can't see one on this site either so maybe I have in mind a different site. Checked the vegoil site and that has a couple of articles about it, but links to other sites (some broken) for instructions. I would be wary of the JTF site tends to be quite out of date.

Good spot on the www. in the link, I've had to recently refresh the SSL certificates (for https to work without grumbling) and this only seems to have been applied to biopowered.co.uk not www.biopowered.co.uk.

I've removed the www from the menubar link (after re-remembering which of may php sources it lived in!)

Pretty sure there was something on here at one time.

I do have a load of stuff I have saved from Infopop. Perhaps there is something in there.

I don't recall ever looking at JTF.
