Poooosibly.

I keep a spreadsheet... this whole rolling 12 months thing is a right pain though, as you can't just consider 1st Jan 2011 to end Dec 2011 but all the other 12 month combinations.

I use Vince's (hifly) excel spreadsheet which I find really useful because it calculates the maximum you are allowed to produce the following month based on the figures you have given it to date.
Otherwise it's quite time consuming calculating it manually.

It would also be quite easy to adapt it to your individual requirements if you have a basic understanding of excel.

Maybe a side by side comparison of all the forms available to us and publish the best one?

(Edit to say) I've just been over the original vod thread and now realise that fred1 has upgraded the original hifly version. Unfortunately I can't download it so I'm unable to pass comment.

Seems like we now have four forms? Keith's, tttonyyy's, Vince's, and Fred1's.

I've now got fred1's spread sheet.

Tony, will it compromise security if we you allow .xls files to be up loaded, so comparisons can be made with Vince's?

Not a problem - I've enabled XLS uploads.  The security issue with XLS lies safely away from the server, at the user's end :)

Just up-loaded a copy of fred1's spread sheet here http://www.biopowered.co.uk/w/images/2/20/Oil_limit_2500_check7.xls

Keith (the inky one) can you do the same with Vince's or make the comparison and let us know the merits of each?

Here is vince's version although tbh, there's no contest.  Fred1 clearly knows his way around excel.

I don't think there's much in it they both seem to work in a similar fashion.  Fred's seems a bit more involved and will need his figures removing.

So should we go with Fred's and the one keith flagged up?
