cheap methanol anyone. just ordered 1000 ltrs from trinity 99% for £450 all in result

That is cheap. 39.9ppl plus £55 delivery.

I've not seen prices that low for many years. I'd be insisting on a certificate of conformaty before I bought any.

Just got ibc from Sidwill Services,started off at £415 plus £40 for ibc,  Clarkes Transport,was £45, but i was told if i sent the ibc back i would get the next one no charge ,Clarkes wanted £45 to take it back.

Neisel...have a look at this. If you can wait 3 weeks then this has got to be a good option.

Dave from Basic Chemicals says as in previous years he can supply methanol, KOH and NaOH for folks at the BBB on Saturday

Methanol 200 Litres (supplied in 8 x 25L cubees) = £110
NaOH 25Kg bags = £20
KOH in 25Kg bags = £35

If youre close to Dave, at basic, his yard rates are almost as cheap as Trinity's bulk rate.

Give them a ring and ask to speak to Dave, you may get it cheaper than that.
