worth glyc washing twice.  Heat as you would for reacting, mix in the glyc for up to an hour, turn pump off, settle run off the glyc then repeat.  Feedstock is often not as dry as we believe it is.  When feedstock has too high a water ppm level the glyc will thicken up somewhat through glyc washing. 

Resist the temptation not to dry your oil thoroughly though as glyc washing is for final drying feedstock & starting of the reaction. 

It's also well worth doing a 10/90 - more accurate results.

thanks its the best bio I've made glyc washing and titrating really helps almost a full 100% conversion
