HELP plz! something wrong with batch

Hi all well this is my first mix and tryed to read all about it and do it the correct way but run into a problem

ok my first mix 100L
titrated to 4
trying to do a 2 stage mix added 80% mixed at 51 for 1 hour let it settle for 15 mins then drained glycerol
added other 20% mixed for a hour let setting for 15 mins then drained glycerol
did the 27/3 test but came out alittle foggy and there was a small ammount of oil on bottom so tryed to reprocess
adding 3.5L Meth and 100g KOH mixed for 1 hour and let settle for 30 mins and drained glycerol  but 27/3 test was basically the same so reprocessed again the same way
just tested again 27/3 still basically same top just about clears but still have alittle oil on bottom of test any advise would be greatfull

please help still got mix in processor just need advise on how to fix this the best way thx

At what temperature did you perform the 27/3?

Can you up scale the test to something larger so that the dropout can be measured?

Was the oil dewatered and dried before the reaction ?

your source oil must be good to come back at a value of 4. so you used a total of 1100grs of koh over both stages?
Thats 7gr per litre plus 4 grs per ltr tit value total 11grs per ltr over 2 stages. and welcome
