Which pump?

Hi guys

I've got a smart temperature sensor and an old kettle  knocking about. Feel like doing some tinkering to make a diy sous vide rig.
I'm thinking of pumping the water in and out of the kettle into a separate water chamber.

I need a small pump (ideally 5v) and some tubing that can withstand temperatures up to 90 degrees C.
Any suggestions please? I've had a browse on aliexpress but there is just too much variety.
The pump needs to be self priming.
200ml per min should be sufficient.
It will be on 5 hours at a time.

Have a look at peristaltic pumps.

The flow sounds about right for reasonable size unit, but most of the cheap ones state a maximum ambient of 40°C.  Tubes are usually silicone which should handle way over 100°C and offer some insulation to the rest of the pump.

Cheap ones can be had for under a fiver ... might be worth taking a chance on one and running some tests.
