Title: Toolbar rejigg
Post by: Tony on April 18, 2012, 03:12:04 PM
OK I've made things a little simpler - the toolbar now contains a link to the wiki and also the javascript tools.  I hope to make these more style integrated into the forum (since that seems more possible vs the wiki).

Happy days :)

OK, all style integrated into the forum.  Javascript-calculator-tastic dudes.

If anyone can think of any other calculators that would be generally useful to create, shout!

Looks really slick, Tony, well done.

To integrate it more with the wiki, would it be possible to have an entry in the wiki index that takes you direct to the calculator pages?

You could hive out part of the titration calculator and use it for a "No titration" page.

Good idea.  At the moment clicking on the "Tools" bar above (not the submenu) does nothing, but that could be an index page that gets linked into the Wiki.  Or, have a "Calculators" box on the left on the wiki like a separate index thing.  I'll have a play with that later.

I've split the no titration calculator discussion to here:

I've added WBD to the titration calculator in a temporary file not linked from the menu, with a view to updating the one that is linked:

Is that just too much information to include WBD as well, or is that good?

I think is good and should be left in.

If I'm reading it right, would it be better to have the "Enter Methanol recovered" box default as zero ... that way if people don't demeth, they can just skip that step.
