I usually only process oil that's been stood in my settling tank or creamed off the top of my cubies. However I picked a batch up off the bay, left it a fortnight on the back, thought it looked ok so upended 90 Ltrs into my processor. Using NaOH @ 5g/ ltr 1st stage then 4g/ltr 2nd stage. Mixed 1 hour no fallout on 10/90. Water wash then dried then bubble for 18 hours. All looked ok.

Next day when I switched off the bubbler.

So I put it into the freezer.

At 6'C it melted back to clear Usable Bio.
I have run all winter with my usual process with no additive, just shows what can happen when you aren't careful.

Nothing really untoward.
Swirly bits are typical of what everyone calls HMPE when formed in a sealed jar.
Your freezer will be around -18°C photos are typical of waxing/gelling, quite normal at that sort of temperature.
Just hang on to the fuel till the weather gets a little bit warmer and it will be perfectly OK to use.

Thank's Julian. I'e got 2 weeks of stock so not in a rush and the weather is starting to look promising. ( fingers crossed )

That swirly one is all too familiar. Definitely my winter nemesis :)

I should have said ... top photo of finished bio is good looking stuff.
