Right then. I got about 30 Ltrs of soap and Bio in a drum, can I re process this back into bio and if so how ?
It's sodium based but it's got the consistency of swarfega instead of setting solid as I expected.
Any help would be great. Going to bed soon as I a night worker.

on the wiki page you will find; recovering a jelly batch. I think thats what your looking for.

If you are talking about "soap" that formed during processing and not soap that's settled out post processing, then simply try adding more methanol and catalyst. It should go clear, but with further methanol and catalyst should start dropping glycerin.
Do a small scale trial and check the conversion with a 3/27 test. If it's OK, scale up for the 30 ltrs.

Thanks chaps. It's the one from settling after de meth so probably can't do it. I remember reading it somewhere and wasn't sure about it. Looks like I going to have to let drain down but it's taking ages through a pillowslip as it's clogging up.

Soap from settling bio is a byproduct, useful for cleaning, but not much else.

I'm finding that out. Thanks. Last two batches been much better, first one acid prewash, second glycol prewash leaving virtually no soap, just dry, bubble then short settle.
Thanks.
