Hahaha someone has too much time on their hands!

Everything here is covered in a thick layer of global warming and hosepipe bans.  Had some of my fuel start to freeze but so far the 10" filter housing hasn't let me down.  I guess it blocks slowly while driving but when I park the heat from the rad it's next to must melt it again.

im well happy with my suasage filter, and so are all the other guys testing theses out they must be just the right micron for thick veg oil and stop rubbish, as are the old paper type originals are for diesel...

i guess you cant really expect something thicker to go through paper with that same ease diesel can...

Imagine that, stuck on the side of a hill, without internet, for a week!
I'm going La La!
Might get out tomorrow.

I've been out in the Tranny plenty thankfully we haven't had a lot of snow. Nearly got stuck on an almost level road in half an inch of fresh snow glad most of my way has been gritted to within an inch of it's life now.
I suppose I really should have bought those winter tyres when I had the cash.

You should see all the abandoned cars on the slightest hint of a slope around my way on Saturday morning :)

And yet more falls. Supposed to be a lot warmer towards the end of the week. Pouring rain and high winds sounds very attractive at the moment.

I bought some winter tyres for the passat from a boot sale two years ago. I even put them on some spare rims, one was flat the next day, it still is and lays in the yard waiting for me to fix it. Maybe next year.....
