I've been in contact with Carl. he'll be making an appearance and has offered his help with food prep for the roast.

Good lad.  I'm sure between us we can sort out some kind of roast arrangement!

Disappointing that you can't make it Mark.

I will be there with my ratty festival caravan, provided it don't fall apart on the way down from Rutland.
Can someone send me a postcode etc as lost phone and ally pinned places.

Pete.

Admin note :postcode removed, please don't post personal info. I've sent Pete a text.

Had it saved on my VOD messages, now gone forever.  Luckily it's still in my satnav memory.

I will be there Saturday evening for a few hours.
The big two day archery shoot I did last weekend (The UK Masters) was worth it as I got a Bronze medal, beating guys that have been or are on the Briotish team.

Bugger, I've just realised I've missed it!  Completely oblivious to the passing of time, must be a sign of getting old.

Really sorry for my stupidity.

How was it?  There's been no posts on here about it.

Glad to hear it went well and everyone enjoyed themselves despite the rain.

Anyone take any photos for the benefit of the idiots that missed it?

It didn't piss down all the time, it was dry when I was there for a few hours.

Pyro Steve brought down a cool (well, hot really) wood pellet burner, I have a few photos but have no idea how to put them on here.

No Olympics for me, I shoot the wrong bow for that. But I do plan on submitting scores to see if I get selected to shoot for England.

It rained more than it didn't, but we had two 6 x 3 shelters and two 3 x 3 shelters and two fires and the hotplate burner going so we didn't really get wet and if we did we soon dried off.

WOW! HC2 long time no hear, hope you are ok. Shame you missed the weekend, was terrible weather but the company, heat of the fires and warmth of the pool kept us in good spirits.
