Blending Methanol into our bio.

Thanks for that I have driven to Chester and back this week end, over 500 miles and the mpg is improved about 47mpg. I have a quarter of a tank to go before I can get a better reading.

Well Guys, I took the plunge and added 10% methanol to 10 litres of bio (I assumed there was 10 litres still left in the tank) in my Citroen Dispatch van. It's 2006, d4w engine, non turbo and is gutless, as they all are.

Now I know it's a bit pointless making statements without any data to back it up, but it 'seems' to be a totally different animal, much better power and acceleration.
