An addition to the possible things to check: Compression.

White smoke is an indication of retarded timing - which can be caused by low compression, air in the fuel, or the actual timing of the injection pump.

Looking at the video though - it's not that smokey. My money is still on timing.

That is truly a beautiful sound.  I'm surprised it sounds so good running on cold veg to be honest.

I have been told to check compression too, however the previous owner had the head off and everything looked ok on the bores etc, so I would be surprised if its down on one cylinder.

Update :

Compression good, 400psi across 3 pots when cold.

Cleaned the injectors and advanced timing by 4.5 degrees. Bike runs sweet now:
