A great success! Thanks for your help guys, especially Mark Ross (Rossey? on here) via facebook. I got it to a clear separation last night using the pump wash method. Will dry it tonight and give it a whirl in the discovery over the weekend.

Hopefully the landy will last long enough before one of its usual green oval failures so that I can actually drive on the bio!

How did it go?  Got that driving-past-fuel-stations smile yet? :)

I'll be carrying on with bio rather than filtering veg i think.

I won't blow the shed up, honest.  :o

Ged, weren't you asking me for 60l when i'm up and running? lol. Was I not meant to divulge that information?

I'm off work for a fortnight and have a batch running as we speak, seems a lot simpler being able to do it while everything is up to temperature at the same time. I had to let it cool overnight etc last time (only had a couple hours each night to do it) which made it drag somewhat. Plus picking up little tips and tricks from talking to people on here and facebook :-)

Messing with bio/wvo has saved me messing with other peoples cars (apart from ged's trailer!) so I have a happy back as well as a happy wallet!
