Thanks for that chug. I have tried various computers and get the same. Must be my IP address.

I've seen that before when it doesn't like an IP. Reboot your router (make sure you get a different IP) and try again.

Yes I have thought that might do it. I will try tomorrow when the rest of the house are not using it

Dick

As a mod I cannot do anything except edit, move, delete posts/threads I've sent Pete a message as he's admin now so has higher powers.

I think only Paddy can deal with the new forum software that is blocking the IPs. Admins can't see it.

I did email paddy via the goat industries site but have not had a reply, hopefully Pete will pass it on if necessary.

Tried all I can think off to get back into vod.
Changed ip several times
Changed DNS server on ipad
Tried on various XP, vista and w7 machines.
Tried on wifi and cable to router.
Tried as guest
Paddy has got back and suggests re registering but I can't as I can not get past the error messages.

Got a u2u and had to go through someone else to send info, it's a pain!

Anyone got any ideas?

i know how it feels. i can live without the forum for a while, but when it dissapears in the middle of a u2u conversation it is really frustating. i try to get the conversation  onto email as soon as i can.

Since all your IP addresses will be within the same netblock, have you tried via a proxy?  Maybe hidemyass.com?

Though in all fairness, any anti-spam filter must surely weigh the odds against you if you connect via popular proxies.
