Looks about the same as I get, but then I've been experimenting with altering the proportions of the two stages, making the second stage a higher percentage. So far with good results.
Simultaneously I've been reducing the catalyst, probably scared by the 80 litres of soap I made a little while back. This also with very good results. Last batch I used a base of 4.5g NaOH and arbitrarily reduced the titration figure by a few points and got what was probably the second best 3/27 pass I've ever had after an hour processing the second stage. I think I'll have to try test sooner after the introduction of the second stage, my guess is it's converting quite quickly.
