Chug nuked it as there was only one post in it, by me.  Now registered users can post to the wiki board as well even if they're not in the wiki editors group (lets face it, so far no-one is NOT a wiki editor!)

It was included at the start so guests could see something without having to register to view forums, and for general chat but it has now been changed, guests can still view forum but are not able to post without registering, as for general chat that can be done on other forums, this one is to discuss the tutorial wiki.
