Nice.  Good bit of copper bending there too, how did you get those 90s so tight?

easy, i opened up the "scrap" baxi boiler i found lying around and recycled them......... ;)

i have neither the talent nor the talent to produce something like that mate. i searched for a month just for the right connections. turns out they are only used on one type of boiler.

i used a straight 22mm coupler and a 22m elbow for the water side and the two 15mm - 10mm convertors for the oil side.

jules kindly sent me some 10mm copper and the bracket was made from an exhaust bandage and has a windy bit on like a jubilee clip mechanism to aid removal.

i previously had a biotuning one and whilst it worked great, it restricted the flow to the heater matrix somewhat.

and was messy....

the matrix gerts hot and the FPHE temp sensor showe 40 deg C before the temp gauge in the car starts to move.

well happy mate...

I acquired a FPHE with four male threaded connections ... two ½" and two ¾".  Ex combi boiler and will need a descale.

If it's of use to any one, it's available for the cost of postage.
