I forgot (just off out to buy a card) so I'm in the mire without brewing.

I know that i got together with Rachel the day after her birthday.
So our anniversary should be easy to remember.

I got hitched on wifey's Birthday. Two years ago while on holiday she happened to mention it the day before to the kids, bugger I thought got the Anniversary, forgot the Birthday. Quick pop into a card shop saved my bacon.

It may as well in my case.  Was intending to go out and get a card, but she decided to "just pop out" and was gone all day.  I couldn't go out as I was expecting a delivery from Basic ... and yes, same old, same old, never turned up.

I got married on valentines day, so if I forget it I'm in double trouble.
So far in 22 years have I forgotten it, no.
Left it very late and had to pop into a 24hr Tesco's, yes.
Been saved by my daughter buying me cards and stuff, many times (this year included).

But this year my wife had to get my daughter to pick my cards up, can I ever use it against her, no.

Am I brewing today, no, I have no meths (off to Basic tomorrow).

How much were you expecting ? Can I pick it up for you tomorrow ?

I've got my Linux PC running a virtual machine; XP - and got my USB to serial driver up and running in the VM so I can connect to the Largo's ECU when the Consult serial interface converter arrives.

I know, I'm a true romantic at heart!

(My missus is wonderful, how she tolerates my excessive "being an engineer" I'll never know ;) )

I haven't exactly got a batch brewing but did have to pop out this evening to drain the first water wash and put in a second one.
Only about 10 minutes so not too much time out
