Last time i had a yogurt attack i diluted 100 grams of salt (wife still not happy) with 4lt of very hot water.poured it in to the drum stirred with a stick and left it overnight. Hey presto bio at top water at bottom.Reason for this is salt water is heavier and gathers water from emulsion on way down. Happy new year and keep on brewing.
