Safety float switch and thermal senser
« on: July 31, 2013, 10:37:59 AM »
hi guys

anyone building a processor want these 2? the float switch if you blow up the pipe you can hear the switch kicking in and out, they both come off a zanussi aquasave dish washer, i guess the senser is maybe to stop over bioling cut heater out when upto temp, what do dish washers get up to? anywhere at the temp processors go to?

notice the white cap in the head of the switch it looks adjustable...

may help not turning the heater element on with nothing in the processor...

From what I've seen, with trying to adjust these before is that the knob doesn't do much but seems to stop the switch clicking properly.  So it might just be fore trimming the switch balance?
